Michael made these last night for dinner and they were so yummy. He got the recipe from the March issue of Everyday with Rachael Ray. First you roll the hot dogs in Season All and then you slice them almost in half and stuff them with two strips of sharp cheddar cheese. Then you broil them to melt the cheese. The buns are just toasted with butter. The onions are caramelized with cayenne pepper and brown sugar. Then you put it all together. It was a little spicy, but also sweet because of the brown sugar. So good!
Oh yeah and the dish the hot dog is on is one of my new dishes my mom got me as my early birthday present. I love them! Thanks Mom!
