On Saturday we had a second Thanksgiving at my brother and SIL's house. I asked Steph if I could try a new dessert recipe that my friend Erin sent me for a Pumpkin Triffle. It was really good, but it was a TON of dessert! I think the next time I make it I will half it and mix up the layers a bit more. If you're interested in the recipe you can get it here. Also I choose not to use sugar free or fat free anything. It was all original stuff and I used whole milk! It's Thanksgiving after all...calorie counting just goes out the window!
