Like I said in the last post the ducklings were around a lot and these kids had so much fun just watching them from edge of the pond.
The pond usually gets all gross during the day, but most of the time when you wake up on the morning the wind during the night has blow all the crude over to the sides and it looks beautiful like it did this morning.
Even though the sun was out it's wasn't going to be terribly warm while we were there.
Daddy's ready to go golfing with all the kids. You can only have 4 people together, but the nice thing is Owen and Jack are old enough they don't have to stay with Michael. I stayed back and enjoyed sitting in my hammock reading!
Of course we spent lots of times playing games....like Farkle!
We brought the corn hole boards. We also bought a frisbee which unfortunately got lost in the drainage ditch after just a few throws.
We also brought the water football that Michael bought last year.
Zeke of course climbed every tree he could!
Fire! Another camping favorite!
It was nice that there wasn't any sort of burn ban going on in fact Eastern Washington had had so much rain it wasn't a concern at all!
For dinner that Michael BBQ chicken thighs over the fire. They were yummy, but because they were still partially frozen it was hard to gauge if they were actually cooked through or not. We had to cook a few pieces a bit more just to be safe!
