Thanksmas 2022!
Pa always comes up on Black Friday while Ga-Ga & I are shopping to get the tables all set up. We use plastic table clothes, but real dishes and silverware that Pa brings. The above table is for the kids.
Here are the women and the men's tables.
It's always such a treat getting to visit with each other!
Us ladies hung out in the dining room while the food finished cooking!
The guys were chilling out on the living room.
I always love how festive the punch looks!
Michael had the job of carving up the turkey breasts. Not nearly as awful as carving an actual turkey. I'll never cook a whole turkey again!
Look at that spread and those pretty girls!
Waiting to say grace!
One more picture of all that yummy food! We did not go hungry!
After grace it was time to dig in!
Now that's a full plate!
Love seeing all these smiling faces!
These guys are ready for some grub and some good conversations!
All these lovely ladies!
After dinner while us ladies were talking in the dining room Bronson came down with sparing gear on. I can't even remember who gave us this stuff!
Pastor Tim & Melody had to duck out early since they were going to FaceTime some family.
Love this sister from another mister!
So happy that Jonathen and MJ were here to celebrate with us. It was at Thankmas 2021 that we found out there were moving to Texas. We are so happy they are back that was just a short term phase for their family!
We love Papa & Miss Ruth!
Hanging out afterwards is always my favorite. Life is so busy it's just nice to be able to catch up!
We love our Ga-Ga & Pa!
Of course the kid decide the best possible place in the whole house to play the game of Life was right in the middle of the living room where us adults are trying to chat! :):):)
Love my sweet man!
The Oliver Family!
These kids are just growing up too fast!
Another successful event! I know I've said it before and I'll say it again....it's my favorite holiday. I think it's my favorite holiday because it's not actually a holiday. It's a day that everyone doesn't have somewhere else to be. No rush, no agenda just a great time to sit, eat and visit. Love it!
