Ella & Justine's 2 Year Anniversary Pictures!

When Ella and Justine started talking about celebrating their anniversary, Ella mentioned wanting to have their pictures taken at JCPenney's together. They both have a hard time deciding exactly what they want to do, but they finally decided to have the pictures taken on the same day as their date day on April 18th. I scheduled their appt for 11am. The day before JCPenney's called to confirm the appt and I asked if Pooja was working and they said she was, but not until 3pm. I asked if there was an open spot for after 3pm so Pooja could take our pictures and she said there was one at 5pm. I wanted to double check with Ella before changing the appt so I told her I'd call her back. 

That night I mentioned it to Ella and she didn't really give me a firm yes or no. Then right before she went to bed she said they decided to not get their pictures taken. That's when I had to let her know about the cancelation policy and how for most places you have to give them at least 24 if not 48 hours of notice if you want to cancel without being charged. The next morning I was able to call them right when they opened and inquire about changing to the later time and they were totally fine with that. 

They went back and forth in regards to what they were wearing and they eventually settled on their matching Aero hoodies. Justine out of habit came over wearing his Crocs so for lunch we went down to Kent Station and ate at Wing Stop and then drove over to his house so he could grab his nice Adidas shoes.  

Ella has had a lot of professional pictures this last year. Once with her and Logan, then our family pictures with Starr, next were her 16th birthday pictures and now pictures with Justine. 

This is Ella's favorite picture...she loves the way Justine is looking at her and smiling.

I told Pooja that they were allowed to kiss now so they could do kissy pictures. After that I feel like almost every picture was a kissy picture! ;)

2 years....that's so crazy! 

It's also crazy to think that they were 14 & 15 when they started dating and now they're 16 & 17. Time flies!

I can't remember why they actually put their hands up and started pretend fighting, but I thought it was cute since they've been together 2 time around the sun...like 2 round in the ring. 

This was my favorite kissy picture. 

There is a picture with this exact pose on the wall at JCPenney's and I knew I wanted them to try it. Ella and Logan did this pose when they had their pictures taken as well. It's such a fun pose! 

This is my most favorite pose from the whole shoot. I love how relaxed they look and their smiles are so genuine. Ella doesn't usually come up from behind and hug Justine so this felt weird to them especially since he is so incredibly ticklish. But look at how cute they are!
