Update: Since I created this post Ella hasn't done this noise at all. It's just a reminder that phases with babies are fleeting and you should enjoy every moment. I'm so glad we got this phase on video.
Ella is going through this phase where she's making this noise by blowing air out her mouth. She looks so funny because she's sticks her lower lip way out. Sometimes she does this all day and ends up getting herself soaked. She's such a silly girl!
