There were quite a few kids at the party. They played in the playhouse for a little while, but the big pile of rocks in the backyard was definitely a huge hit.
Jack loved Ga-Ga's baked beans.

Time for presents...we got Jack this pool. It has a slide, basketball hoop and ring toss. We are going to have so much fun this summer. Now the 90 degree weather needs to come back.

The BIG reveal...Ga-Ga & Pa got Jack a kitchen...complete with a pot rack like Mama's kitchen and a BBQ like Daddy has.

This is right before Jack decided to reach out and grab the flame. I've been working on getting him to blow and he can do it, but this time he decided to just grab. I was able to blow out the candle before it really got him, but I think everyone staring at him and their reaction after all the excitement of opening presents just got to him. He had a major meltdown, but nothing a little cupcake couldn't fix.
You can still see the tears in his eyes.
After most everyone was gone I put together his grocery cart and he loves it. He was pushing it around everywhere. The nice thing is he can't really put that much weight on it so he's mainly just walking all by himself.
